| 摘 要： | 目的 分析临沂市泌尿系结石患者现状,研究临床对策.方法 总结在临沂市多家医院就诊的泌尿系结石患者的临床资料,调查患者对泌尿系结石疾病的认知程度,对患者排出的结石做成分分析.结果 临沂市泌尿系结石以男性多见,多为上尿路结石,结石成分多为草酸钙、磷酸钙、尿酸的混合性结石.ESWL和微创手术是主要的治疗方法,多数患者对泌尿系结石的认知程度不高.结论 应提高对泌尿系结石的防治认识,加强结石知识的科普宣传；积极开展结石成分的分析,根据结石成分的不同,加强饮食预防.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the present situation and the clinical management of patients with urinary stone in Linyi City.MethodsThe clinical data of patients with urinary stone from several hospitals in Linyi City were summarized.The patients were surveyed about their cognitive degree of urinary stone.The chemical composition of the urinary stones was analyzed through chemical reagent.Resu ltsIn Linyi City,the incidence was higher in mal,and the stones were mainly upper urinary tract stones.The components were mainly CaOx,calcium phosphate-and uric acid.ESWL and micro-invasive operation were the major treatments.The cognitive degree of most patients was low.ConclusionIt is necessary to improve the cognitive degree and reinforce the health education of the urinary stone to actively analyze the composition of urinary stone and to strengthen dietary prevention. |
