| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复护理方法.方法 对67例脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期(发病1周内)康复训练,建立协调的运动模式.结果 67例偏瘫患者肢体肌力均有不同程度改善.结论 通过偏瘫肢体康复运动训练及日常生活活动训练,加强心理支持,能促进患者肌力恢复,改善日常生活活动能力,提高患者的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of early rehabilitation nursing for stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods The rehabilitation trainings were implemented at the early stage(in the first week) for 67 stroke hemiplegic patients and harmonious motor patterns was set up.Results The limbs muscle strength of the 67 cases of hemiplegic patients was improved to different degree.Conclusion Through the hemiplegic extremity rehabilitation training,the training of activities of daily living and psychological support can promote the recovery of patients’muscle strength,improve the activities of daily living and the quality of life. |
