激素性股骨头缺血性坏死全髋关节置换疗效观察与分析

目的:观察激素性股骨头缺血性坏死全髋关节置换术后疗效。方法:对解放军总医院1986年3月至1996年3月间的激素性股骨头缺血性坏死全髋关节置换患者进行术后随访观察,取创伤组作对照。采用Harris髋关节功能评分并进行X线评价。结果:激素组松动率较高,2组松动率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。激素组翻修率3.6%,创伤组无一例翻修。结论:激素性股骨头缺血性坏死全髋关节置换疗效相对较差。

Total hip arthroplasty for steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head

Objective: To observe the effect of total hip arthroplasty (THA) for steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head. Methods: A 10-year follow-up was made on patients, who received THA for steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head in the General Hospital between March 1986 and March 1996. Patients with traumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head were used as control. All the patients were evaluated with Harris hip score (HHS) and X-ray films. Results: The loosening rate of the steroid group was higher than that of the traumatic group. Significant difference in loosening rate could be seen between the two groups (P<(0.05)). Revision rate of the steroid group was 3.6%, while that of the traumatic group was none. Conclusion: Therapeutic results for the steroid osteonecrosis treated with THA were less effective than those of the traumatic group.
