目的探讨新形势下军队医院开展军事医学继续教育的常规模式和方法。方法利用任务牵引,制定教学计划;建立教学档案,完善救护预案;立足实战平台,开展模拟演练;实行专家教学,打牢理论基础;建立考核制度,确保全员参与。结果通过模拟实战的训练,医务人员的军事医学素质和能力得到了很大的提高。结论军队医院紧贴新时期军事斗争卫勤准备工作来开展军事医学继续教育是可行的。

Thinking on the continued medical education in military hospitals

Objective To explore conventional mode and method for the continued medical education in military hospitals in the new circumstances.Methods The following methods were used in the continued medical education: utilizing task motivation and developing educational programs;establishing teaching files and perfecting preliminary medical aid plans;planting feet firmly on the platform of real combat operations and carrying out simulated exercises;exercising teaching by experts and laying a solid theoretical foundation;establishing a system of routine check and assessment and ascertaining full participation of all the hospital staff.Results With the simulation of real combat operations as the training core,the military medical quality and capability of the medical staff were greatly improved.Conclusion It was practicable for military hospitals to carry out continued medical education in close conformity with medical preparations for military conflicts under the new circumstances.
