模拟潜艇环境白光LED照明对视觉功能工效影响的初步探讨

摘    要:目的观察模拟潜艇环境中白光LED照明环境对视觉功能和工效的影响。方法以潜用荧光灯照明环境作为对照,观察15名受试者在荧光灯照明环境和LED灯照明环境中阅读6号宋体字文章40 min后视觉功能和视觉工效的变化。结果对比视力:受试者在2种照明环境中阅读后的30%对比度对比视力有所下降,其中荧光灯照明环境中阅读前后(分别为4.83±0.07,4.80±0.10)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LED灯照明环境中阅读前后(分别为4.83±0.07,4.78±0.09)相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2种照明环境中阅读后的对比视力相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比敏感度函数:受试者在LED灯照明环境中阅读后的4.8 cdp频率对比敏感度(177.3±87.4)比基础状态(238.9±29.2)有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2种照明环境中阅读后的对比敏感度函数相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。常规视力:2种光源照明环境下阅读前后的常规视力相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。视觉工效:2种光源照明环境中阅读前后的仪表辨认效率、色卡辨认效率和兰道氏环划消效率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在潜艇模拟舱实验条件下,白光LED照明环境可引起对比视力和对比敏感度函数的下降,荧光灯照明环境可引起对比视力的下降,但2种照明环境中阅读后的视觉功能相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2种照明环境对视觉工效影响均不明显。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of white LED lighting in the simulated submarine environment on visual function and performance.Methods Researchers monitored the changes in the visual function and performance of the 15 subjects,after they read the same article printed with the 6th-Song typeface in the fluorescent lighting and LED lighting environments for 40 minutes,with the fluorescent lighting environment as control.Results Contrast visual acuity(CVA): CVA value in 30% of the subjects decreased to some extent,following reading in 2 lighting environments,and statistical significance could be noted,when a comparison was made between pre and post reading in the fluorescent lighting environment(4.83±0.07,4.80±0.10)(P<0.05).Statistical difference could also be noted,when a comparison was made between pre and post reading in the LED lighting environment(4.83±0.07,4.78±0.09)(P<0.01).However,the difference in CVA between the 2 lighting environments was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Contrast sensitivity function(CSF): CSF value of the subjects in LED lighting environment(177.3±87.4) decreased to certain extent after reading(P<0.05),with statistical significance(P>0.05).Nevertheless,the difference in CSF between the 2 lighting environments was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Ordinary visual acuity(OVA): No statistical significance could be seen in OVA,when a comparison was made between pre and post reading in the 2 lighting environments(P>0.05).Visual performance: No statistical significance could be noted in visual performance of the subjects,e.g.identification efficiency of instrument and color code reading,when a comparison was made between pre and post reading in the 2 lighting environments(P>0.05).Conclusion In the simulated submarine environment,white LED lighting could cause decrease in CVA and CSF,while fluorescent lighting could induce a decline in CVA.Nevertheless,no statistical significance in the visual function could be found,following reading in the 2 lighting environments(P>0.05).Effects of the 2 lighting environments on visual performance seemed to be insignificant.
