感染腺病毒新兵的心理状况及护理干预措施

目的：探讨腺病毒感染流行时新兵住院期间所出现的心理状况，并探讨采用护理干预措施的效果。方法采用症状自评量表SCL-90，对感染腺病毒新兵进行心理状态的调查，同时采用护理干预措施。结果（1）新兵SCL-90各因子分和阳性项目数显著高于国内常模（P＜0．05或＜0．01），并有5个因子（躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性）显著高于军人常模（P＜0.05）。（2）入院时新兵SCL-90各因子分和阳性项目数显著高于出院时新兵SCL-90得分（P＜0．05或＜0．01），并有4个因子（躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性）显著高于出院时新兵SCL-90得分（ P＜0．05）。经过采取相应的护理干预措施，出院时新兵SCL-90各因子分都有明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论新兵在感染腺病毒后出现的一些心理问题与疾病的发生、发展及流行有关，采用护理干预措施后，症状得到改善。

Mental status of the recruits with adenovirus infection and nursing intervention strategy

Objective To investigate the mental status of the hospitalized recruits during the outbreak of adenovirus infection , and also to explore related nursing intervention measures .Methods Symptom Checklist-90 （ SCL-90） was used to investigate the mental status of the recruits with adenovirus infection , and related nursing intervention measures were used to cope with the psychological problem occurred among the recruits .Results （1） SCL-90 scores of the recruits , various factor scores and positive items were significantly higher than those the national norm （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the four factors （somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility, psychosis） scores were also significantly higher than those of the military norm （P〈0.05）.（2） SCL-90 scores of the recruits, various factor scores and positive items at the time of admission , were significantly higher than the SCL-90 scores at the time of discharge （ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the four factors （somatization, depression, anxiety, hostility, psychosis） scores were also significantly higher than the SCL-90 scores （ P〈0.05） .After appropriate nursing , the SCL-90 scores of the recruits at the time of discharge , and various factors all decreased significantly, with statistical significance （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Recruits after adenoviral infection displayed some mental problems , which were associated with the occurrence , development and prevalence of the disease .However , with proper intervention , symptoms could be obviously improved .
