摘    要:目的:研究模拟失事潜艇常压条件对人血清游离脂肪酸、血糖和体质量的影响。方法:4名男性受试人员在封闭、黑暗、寒冷的试验舱体中进行为期10d的模拟失事潜艇环境实验,每人每天供水1.5L和1盒救生压缩干粮。实验前和第3、4、5、10天出舱的晨起测定体质量,抽取肘部静脉血,测定血糖;低温离心留取上层血清,采用一次提取比色法测定游离脂肪酸(FFA)。结果:血清FFA与试验前相比有所下降,但差异无统计学意义;出舱后体质量较试验前下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);血糖略有上升,但与试验前相比差异无统计学意义。结论:在模拟失事潜艇常压环境条件下,FFA呈下降趋势可能与应急救生食品使用有关,受此影响体质量虽有下降但血糖保持相对稳定。
