针灸在舰艇远航医疗保障中的应用价值

目的探讨针灸在某部官兵远航期间医疗保障中的应用价值。方法调查某部官兵远航期间发病和就诊情况,对有针灸适应证的病例进行针灸、耳穴贴压或针药治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果 2012年4-7月该部官兵执行远航任务期间门诊登记患病343人次,其中有针灸适应证者208人次（60.6%）,129人次（37.6%）接受针灸治疗,以颈、肩、腰、腿疼痛、功能性消化不良、晕船为主。总有效率93.8%。结论针灸在舰艇远航医疗保障中具有较重要的应用价值。

Application value of acupuncture in the ship medical support during the prolonged deployment at sea

Objective To investigate the application value of acupuncture in the medical support during prolonged deployment of naval vessels of a certain naval unit. Methods First of all,disease incidence and medical call-ups among the commissioned and enlisted were investigated during the prolonged deployment at sea,then,cases with acupuncture indications were treated with acupuncture,ear beans or injections /drugs,and finally,the role of acupuncture in ship medical support was analyzed accordingly. Results From 2012 April to 2012 July during the prolonged deployment at sea,343 man-time medical call-ups were registered in the ship medical record. Of all the call-ups,208 man-time medical call-ups had acupuncture indications（ 60. 6%）,and 129 man-time received acupuncture（ 37. 6%）,with neck and shoulder pain / waist and leg pain,functional dyspepsia,and seasickness as main indications.Research results showed that total effective rate was as high as 93. 8%. Conclusion Acupuncture had important application value in ship medical support during prolonged deployment at sea.
