| 摘 要： | 目的：总结疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年人腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法：使用美国巴德公司生产的锥形疝环充填网塞和网状补片，对237例老年人腹股沟疝施行疝环充填式无张力疝修补手术。结果：237例均手术过程顺利。无一例切口感染。术后并发尿潴留18例，复发1例，阴囊水肿2例，切口下血肿4例。结论：老年人腹股沟疝应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术，具有适应症宽、操作简单、不良反应少、复发率低等优点，可作为首选术式。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the clinical therapeutic effects of mesh plug tension free hernia repair in senior groin hernia patients. Methods: The mesh plug tension free hernia repair was applied to 237 senior patients of groin hernia, using Bard R Mesh & Prefix R plug offered by Bard Company in U.S.A. Results: All the operative procedures were performed smoothly. No incisional infection occurred. Postoperative complications were: 18 cases of urinary retention, 1 recurrences, 2 scrotal hydroceles, and 4 incisional haematoma. Conclusion: Mesh plug tension free hernia repair in senior groin hernia patients is currently the most popular choice, which has many advantages, such as simple performance, a wider operation indication, fewer complications and lower recurrence rate. |
