摘    要:目的 :探讨新型常规潜艇长航 6 0昼夜对艇员体能耐力及心理工效的影响。方法 :通过临床体检、特殊检查观察长航艇员生理和心理方面的变化。结果 :长航艇员视听力下降 ,心搏出量减少 ,心率增加 ,心脏每分输出量基本保持在航前水平 ,用力肺活量和最大通气量显著减少 ,体能耐力和工作能力下降。结论 :潜艇长航对艇员视听力、心肺功能、体能耐力、工作能力和心理工效均有一定的影响。

Abstract:Aim:To investigate the effects of a 60 day deployment on vision, hearing, cardiac and pulmonary functions, physical tolerance and psychological ergonomics of the submariners aboard a new type diesel submarine. Methods: Changes in physiologic and psychologic functions were observed through clinical and special examinations. Results: Changes were found in medical indicators of the submariners during the deployment. Vision and hearing were declined. Heart rate increased significantly, while stroke volume decreased. Forced vital capacity and maximal ventilatory volume were reduced obviously. The physical tolerance and physical work capacity were decreased markedly. Conclusion: Vision, hearing, cardiac and pulmonary functions, physical tolerance, physical work capacity and psychological ergonomics of submariners were certainly influenced during a 60 day prolonged deployment.
