摘    要:目的 :定量分析喉鳞癌组织中浸润性树突细胞的密度 ,探讨树突细胞 (DC)在喉鳞癌患者临床分级、分期、淋巴结转移、预后中的作用。方法 :重新制备 4 0例喉鳞癌及 10例喉正常黏膜的石蜡标本 ,应用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测S10 0阳性树突细胞的浸润密度 ,并与临床因素进行统计学分析。结果 :喉鳞癌中S10 0DC细胞的阳性率为 77.5 % ,正常黏膜的阳性率为 10 % ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;S10 0阳性DC浸润程度与喉鳞癌分化程度及分期差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;与淋巴结转移、预后差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :浸润性树突细胞的密度反映了喉鳞癌患者的抗肿瘤免疫状况 ,是判断临床分级、分期的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the numbers and distribution of dendritic cells in squamous cell carcinoma of larynx and to evaluate the predictive role and clinical significance in patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The samples of 40 patients with laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas and of 10 normal laryngeal tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemical LASB method. The predictive value in TNM stage ,histological grade, lymph nodes metastasis, and prognosis were analyzed. Results: The results showed that the positive of dendritic cells between laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and normal laryngeal tissues was significant (P<0.05); S100 positive dendritic cells showed significant difference among different TNM stage group (P<0.05),grade group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Tumor infiltrating dendritic cells play an important role in initiating immunity against squamous cell carcinoma of larynx.
