| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电凝法扁桃体切除术的可行性。方法对180例接受电凝法扁桃体切除术(A法)、35例接受低温等离子射频扁桃体切除术(B法)的患者资料进行回顾性研究。结果所有患者手术顺利完成,术中出血量实施A法组约5～50mL,平均10mL;B法组约5～200mL,平均为50mL。1例B法组的患者出现术后扁桃体窝出血,两组均没有出现术后扁桃体窝感染或咽旁间隙感染患者。结论电凝法扁桃体切除术术中出血较少,可使手术更易完成。术后出血机会减少,不会增加术后并发症的发生。
