| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价玻璃体切割术治疗眼内异物伤的疗效。方法 :回顾分析 31例眼球内异物伤行玻璃体切割术患者的临床资料。结果 :异物取出 31眼 ,成功率 10 0 %。术后视力提高 2 0例 ,不变 5例 ,下降 6例。视力 >0 .0 5者 16例。结论 :玻璃体切割术是目前治疗眼球内异物伤的最佳方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of vitrectomy for intraocular foreign bodies.Method: Clinical records of 31 cases of intraocular foreign bodies treated with vitrectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Result: The intraocular foreign bodies of 31 eyes were all extracted successfully(100%). Visual acuity was improved in 20 eyes, un changed in 5 eyes, and decreased in 6 eyes after surgery. Visual acuity was 0.05 or better in 16 eyes. Conclusion: Vitrectomy is the best effective method for treating intraocular foreign bodies. |
