渐进式聚焦访谈模式在精神分裂患者康复中的应用

目的：探讨渐进式聚焦访谈模式在精神分裂患者康复中的应用效果。方法：选择2017年10月至2018年10月温州市第七人民医院收治的精神分裂患者84例，随机分为观察组和对照组各42例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组加用渐进式聚焦访谈，干预前后比较2组患者精神症状严重程度、社会功能以及复发情况。结果：干预后2组患者简明精神病量表（BPRS）评分较干预前明显降低（P＜0.05），且观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预后2组社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）评分较干预前明显降低（P＜0.05），且观察组明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；3个月后对照组复发率为35.71%（15/42），观察组复发率为11.90%（5/42），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：渐进式聚焦访谈模式在精神分裂患者中应用良好，对降低精神症状严重程度和复发率、改善社会功能具有积极意义。

The application of progressive focusing interview in the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients

Objective: To explore the application effect of progressive focusing interview in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients. Methods: Eighty four cases of schizophrenic patients admitted to the Seventh People’s Hospital of Wenzhou from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases each. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group was intervened with progressive focusing interview. Mental symptom severity, social function and relapse were compared before and after the intervention. Results: After the intervention, the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) score and social disability screening schedule (SDSS) score in the two groups were significantly lower than that before the intervention (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Three months later, the recurrence rate of the control group was 35.71% (15/42) and that of the observation group was 11.90% (5/42). There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate of mental symptoms between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Well applied in patients with schizophrenia, the mode of progressive focused interview is can play a significant role in reducing the severity and recurrence rate of mental symptoms in schizophrenia patients and rehabiliating their social functions.
