摘 要: | 目的研究自由呼吸状态下结合三维导航技术,对冠状动脉磁共振血管造影(CMRA)的成像,以评价此技术在缺血性心脏病方面的诊断价值。方法运用1.5T超导型MR扫描仪和心脏相控阵线圈,采用脂肪抑制,心电向量门控,使用真稳态进动快速成像序列(B-TFE)多角度双斜面扫描,结合三维自动导航技术(3D-SELF-Navigator)对35例检查者进行CMRA成像。结果自由呼吸导航CMRA具有非创伤无需屏气检查,可重复性和任意性,适用范围广。全部受检者均能合作完成检查。左冠状动脉主干、右冠状动脉近、中段显示满意率为97.14%(34/35);CMRA总显示成功率为91.42%(32/35)。结论自由呼吸导航结合B-TFE序列CMRA,对冠状动脉主干及主要分支显示满意,可初步用于临床缺血性心脏病患者的筛选检查。

Abstract: | Objective To study the value of CMRA for subjects with free-breathinhg in combination with 3D self-navigator technology and to assess the diagnositic value of this technology for ischemic heart disease. Methods Thirty-five subjets were evaluated with free-breathing and fat suppression and VCG-gated B-TFE by scanning multi-angle double obligue images in combination with 3D-self-navigator CDMA by a 1.5T MR scanner and phased-array coil of the heart. Results The CRMA of free-breathing combined self-navigatorwas noninvasive and did not need holding breath to inspect, but repeatability and arbitrariness, suitable scope was broad.All subjects could co-operate complete inspection. LM,the proximal and middle segment of RCA showed satisfactory rate was 97.14%(34/35);The total successful rate showed by CMRA reached 91.42% (32/35). Conclusion The CMRA of free-breathing and self-navigator in combination with B-TFE sequence shows for the proximal and middle segment of the coronary arteries satisfied, which can inspect preliminarily used in the selection of the clinical ischemic patient of heart disease. |
