颈部椭圆中心Tricks扫描在主动脉弓分支血管病变诊断中的应用

目的 探讨颈部椭圆中心Tricks（时间决定造影剂动态成像法）扫描技术在主动脉弓分支血管病变诊断中的应用。方法：收集我院36例患者资料，机器为GE signa HD 1．5T磁共振仪：应用椭圆中心Tricks扫描技术，对主动脉弓分支血管进行连续不间断扫描，利用多平面重建及最大强度投影技术对原始图像进行血管重现。结果：36例中有35例主动脉弓分支血管显示良好符合诊断要求，1例检查失败。其中右侧锁骨下动脉狭窄5例，左侧锁骨下动脉狭窄2例；左、右侧椎动脉狭窄各3例；颈总动脉狭窄左侧3例，右侧5例：无名动脉狭窄7例，1例检查失败。结论：椭圆中心Tricks能清晰显示主动脉弓分支血管走形及内腔狭窄程度，为临床医生提供准确的诊断定位及治疗依据。

the application of EC Tricks in the diagnosis of aortic arch branch vessels

Objective To explore the application of EC Tricks in the diagnosis of aortic arch branch vessels.Methods Thirty-six patients were evaluated with EC Tricks techniques by using GE signa HD 1.5T scanner.Aortic arch branch vessels were reconstructed with MPR and MIP techniques.Results The blood vessels of arch branch were successfully demonstrated in 35 cases,one case failed.EC Tricks revealed right subclavian artery stenosis in 5,left subclavian artery stenosis in 2,left vertebral artery stenosis in 3,right vertebral artery stenosis in 3,left common carotid artery stenosis in 3,right common carotid artery stenosis in 5,and showed innominate artery stenosis in 7. Conclusion EC Tricks can clearly display the shape and degree of stenosis of aortic arch branch vessels and provide precise location and evidences of therapy for clinician.
