| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脊柱转移瘤的CT影像特点,提高对本病诊断的准确性。方法回顾性研究52例有完整临床资料或经手术病理证实的脊柱转移瘤患者的CT表现。结果 52例脊柱转移瘤中,溶骨型26例(50%),成骨型20例(38.4%),混合型6例(11.5%),病变椎体147个,累及附件64个,椎管受累10处,椎旁软组织肿块21处,合并病理性骨折27处。结论不同类型的脊柱转移瘤其CT影像表现各有特点,肺癌是脊柱转移瘤最常见的原发肿瘤,脊柱转移瘤需与骨髓瘤、骨结核及淋巴瘤等鉴别。

| Abstract: | Purpose Discussion on CT Imaging features and antidiastole？of metastatic spine tumor, to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis. Methods 52 cases were studied retrospectively with complete clinical material or by operation of the pathology of the spine patients with metastatic CT performance. Results In 52 cases of metastatic spine tumor, osteolytic type 26 （50%）, osteogenesis type 20 （38.4%）, mixed type 6 （11.5%）, ve.＇tebral body lesions 147, involving the annexes 64, involvement of the vertebral Canal 10, 21 paraverte- bral soft tissue masses, merging pathologic fracture of 27. Conclusion Different types of metastatic spine tumor CT image have different characteristics, lung cancer is the most common primary tumor of metastatic spine tumor, metastatic spine tumor？ need to distinguish with myeloma, hone tuberculosis and lymphoma. |
