| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MR动态增强扫描与钼靶成像在乳腺癌检出率的应用价值。方法本研究搜集2007年6月至2008年5月26例女性患者，所有患者均于术前行钼靶及MRI动态增强扫描，并经手术病理最后诊断。结果全部26例病例，共发现肿块31个。其中浸润性乳腺癌18例，导管原位癌3例，小叶原位癌1例，髓样癌例，粘液癌1例。钼靶检查，共检出肿块24个（77％），确诊乳腺癌20例（64．5％）。MRI动态增强扫描，检出肿块30个（96．8％），经MRI确诊乳腺癌29个（93．5％）。结论MRI动态增强扫描乳腺癌检出率高于钼靶检查，具有较高敏感性，是进行乳腺癌术前评价的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of digital mammography and dynamic-contrast MRI in the diagnosis of mammary cancer. Methods From June. 2007 to May. 2008 altogether 26 patients taking both digital mammography and dynamic-contrast MRI entered this study. All cases were confirmed by pathology.
