侧脑室中枢神经细胞瘤的影像表现及鉴别诊断

目的探讨侧脑室中枢神经细胞瘤（CNC）的CT和MRI表现及其鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的5例4CNC的CT和MRI表现，3例行CT检查，5例行MR检查。结果5例CNC均位于侧脑室前中部，左侧2例，右侧3例，肿瘤边界清楚，与透明隔紧密相连，4例累及Monro孔，其中1例突向第三脑室。与脑灰质相比，CT上肿块呈稍高密度，T，WI呈等或稍低信号，T，WI呈不均匀高信号。2例可见钙化，4例可见囊变，5例见流空血管，1例伴有出血，1例胼胝体破坏。增强后5例肿瘤均明显不均匀强化。结论对于青年患者发生于侧脑室前中部紧邻透明隔或Monro孔的肿瘤，应考虑到CNC的可能。

CT and MRI findings and its differential diagnosis of lateral ventricle central neurocytoma

Objective To explore the CT and MRI manifestations of lateral ventricle central neurocytoma and its differential diagnosis.
