蜗神经3.0T磁共振成像在感音神经性聋中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨采用蜗神经磁共振成像技术在感音神经性聋中的应用价值,为今后感音神经性聋的诊断提供有价值的参考与指导。方法选择从2010年1月至2013年1月期间我院就诊的80例感音神经性聋患者(50例患者大于等于18岁,30例患者小于18岁)采用GEHDxt3.0T磁共振扫描仪对感音神经性聋患者进行蜗神经磁共振成像及内耳水成像。结果50例大于或等于18岁患者中,46例92耳显示蜗神经、迷路正常,1例2耳蜗神经信号缺失,2例3耳前庭导水管扩大,1例2耳耳蜗神经细小:小于18岁患者中,15例30耳显示正常,Michel畸形为3例5耳,Mondini畸形有2例3耳,1例2耳耳蜗神经细小,还有2例4耳为前庭导水管扩大。结论蜗神经磁共振成像技术在感音神经性聋中有着不可或缺的地位,为患者的明确诊断提供了可靠依据,值得推广。

Application of 3.0T Cochlear Nerve Magnetic Resonance Imaging on Sensorineural Hearing Loss
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of the cochlear nerve magnetic resonance imaging in evaluation of sensormenral hearing loss(SNHL),and to provide valuable reference and guidance for the diagnose of SNHL. Methods 80 patients (50 patients who were 18 years old or older and 30 patients younger than 18) with SNHL underwent imaging of the cochlear nerve and internal auditory canal (IAC) on a GE HDxt 3.0T MR scanner,from 2010 January to 2013 Januaw, Results Among 50 patients who were 18 years old or older, 46 (92 ears) showed nonnal cochlear nerve and labyrinth; 1 (2 ear) showed absence of cochlear nerve signal: 2 (3 ears) showed large vestibular aqueduct;and 1 (2 ears) showed small cochlear nerves.Among 30 parients who were younger than t8 years old, 15 (30 ears) showed normal cochlear nerves; 3 (5 ears) showed Michel malformation;2(3 ears) showed Mondini malformation: I (2 ears) showed small cochlear nerves, and 2 (4 ears) showed large vestibular aqueduct. Condurdon Cochlear nerve magnetic resonance imaging plays a indispensable rote in sensorineural hearing loss, it offers the reliable basis for diagmosis of SNHL patients, and it worth promoting.
