磁共振扩散峰度成像联合磁共振加权成像在前列腺癌早期诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨3.0T磁共振扩散峰度成像(DKI)联合磁共振加权成像(DWI)在前列腺癌(PCa)早期诊断中的应用。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的PCa患者42例(观察组)和前列腺增生患者58例(对照组),对两组患者进行磁共振成像(MRI)检查,分析DKI及DWI各参数。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者MK、Ka、Kr、FA值均明显升高,而MD、Da、Dr及ADC值均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在PCa患者中MK、Ka、Kr特异度最高,MD、Da、Dr及ADC的敏感度最高。结论3.0T磁共振在PCa诊断中具有重要的应用价值,且DKI联合DWI可为PCa的早期诊断提供依据。

Application of Diffusion Kurtosis Imaging Combined with Diffusion Weighted Imaging in the Early Diagnosis of Prostate Cancer

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of 3.0T diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI)combined with diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer(PCa).Methods 42 patients with PCa(observation group)and 58 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(control group)were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.The parameters of DKI and DWI were analyzed by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Results Compared with the control group,the MK,Ka,Kr,FA value in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the MD,Da,Dr and ADC values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The specificity of MK,Ka,Kr was the highest in PCa patients,and the sensitivity of MD,Da,Dr and ADC was the highest.Conclusion 3.0T MRI plays an important role in the diagnosis of PCa,and DKI combined with DWI imaging provides the basis for the early diagnosis of PCa.
