| 摘 要： | 目的分析原发性透明细胞型肝癌（primary clear cell carcinoma of liver,PCCCL）的CT表现及病理基础,提高对本病的认识和影像诊断水平。资料与方法回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的PCCCL的CT、病理表现（其中3例行增强扫描）。结果 5例病变均为单发,肿块形态不规则,边界不清。发生于肝右叶2例,肝左叶3例。CT平扫病灶均为低密度,增强扫描由边缘向中央持续强化。结论原发性透明细胞型肝癌CT表现具有一定特征性,再结合临床资料,有助于本病诊断与鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the CT features of primary clear cell carcinoma of liver （PCCCL） and improve the understanding of PCCCL imaging features. Materials and Methods CT findings were retrospectively reviewed in 5 patients with PCCCL proved by operation and pathology. CT plain scan was performed in all patients, CT enhancement scan was performed in 3 patients. Results All of the tumors were found as a solitary, not well-defined mass. The mass was located in the right liver lobe in two cases, the left liver lobe in one case. CT scan showed low-density and intensive enhancement. Conclusion CT findings of PCCCL have some certain characteristics, and combination with clinical data, may be helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. |
