| 摘 要： | 目的探讨3.0 T磁共振胰胆管成像（MRCP）在诊断胆囊结石及胆总管结石上的应用价值。方法分析39例经手术或ERCP证实为胆囊结石或胆总管结石且术前已行MRCP的病人。结果 MRCP发现单纯胆囊结石12例,单纯胆总管结石11例,胆囊结石合并胆总管结石16例。术后证实单纯胆囊结石12例,单纯胆总管结石10例,胆囊结石合并胆总管结石17例。MRCP对于胆囊结石及胆总管结石的诊断符合率为97.2%。结论 3.0 T MRCP准确性较高,是术前诊断胆囊结石及胆总管结石的一种安全、可靠的检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography （MRCP） in the diagnosis of gallbladder and common bile duct stones. Methods 39 cases of gallbladder or common bile duct stones confirmed by surgery or ERCP and performed with MRCP before surgery were analyzed. Results MRCP found simple gallbladder stones 12 cases, simple common bile duct stones 11cases, gallbladder stones with common bile duct stones 16 cases. And the surgery or ERCP confirmed simple gallbladder stones 12 cases, simple common bile duct stones 10 cases, gallbladder stones with common bile duct stones 17 cases. The diagnose accordance rate of MRCP in diagnosis of gallbladder and common bile duct stones was 97.2%. Conclusion 3.0 T MRCP have higher accuracy, and it is a safe and reliable inspection method in diagnosis of gallbladder and common bile duct stones. |
