| 摘 要： | 自肿瘤干细胞(CSC)学说提出以来,受到了科学界的广泛关注,也是争论的焦点问题&;#65377;正确认识肿瘤干细胞的生物学特性和调控机制,寻找治愈肿瘤的新途径新方法,是目前最重要研究方向之一&;#65377;本文就实体瘤中CSC的起源&;#65380;分离鉴定方法,以及信号通路&;#65380;微环境,小分子RNA与CSC的作用和肿瘤的靶向治疗等方面展开论述&;#65377;
