摘    要:目的]研究LASIK术后早期,暗视/明视下对比敏感度(CSF)的变化及眩光刺激对CSF的影响,评估患者术后早期的视觉质量.方法]27例53只近视眼被纳入本研究,分别于术前、术后1周、1月和3月测量暗视/明视下的CSF和两种模拟背景并眩光刺激下的CSF,所有CSF均为矫正视力下测得.结果]LASIK术后,各空间频率的CSF较之于术前均有明显下降(P≤0.001),术后3月大部分频率的CSF已接近或达到术前水平.术前,眩光刺激对各频率的CSF均无影响(P>0.05).术后,眩光刺激降低了暗视下中、高频率和明视下中间频率段的CSF(P<0.05),以术后1周降低最显著.结论]①LASIK术后,各频率CSF普遍下降;②眩光刺激对CSF的影响主要集中在暗视下中、高频率;③随着术后时间的延长,CSF逐渐恢复,眩光对CSF的影响逐渐减小.

Abstract:To investigate the early change of co ntrast sensitivity function(CSF)and the effects of glare on CSF after lase r in situ keratomilileusis(LASIK)under mesopic and photopic conditions,and to evaluate the early postoperative functional visual performance.A total of54eyes of 27patients were included i n the prospective analysis.Photopi c and mesopic functional acuity contrast testing were performed pre operatively and 1week,1month,3months postoperatively under best corrected conditions.Photopic and mesopic CSF obviously d ecreased for all spatial frequencies 1week postoperatively and restored to pre -operative level for some spatial frequencies 3months postoperatively.Glare caused a significant decrease in mesopic CSF for intermediate and high spatial frequencies postoperative ly.Glare disability 1and 3months postoperatively was less than that of1week postoperatively.Conclusions]Though early postoperative best corrected visual acuity is normal,there is a significant decrease in CSF for all spatial frequencies and obvious mesopic glare disability for intermediate and hig h spatial frequencies.The longer after LASIK,the less decrease in CSF and glare disability.
