超临界CO2/NMP混合溶剂萃取萃余煤的结构与气化特性

摘    要:采用碳化法制备亚微米纺锤形超细碳酸钙,用TEM、XRD等手段分析表征了碳酸钙粒子的形貌和结构,探讨了碳化起始温度、晶形控制剂添加量等关键工艺条件对碳酸钙形貌的影响。结果表明:在碳化起始温度为30~35 ℃,六偏磷酸钠添加质量分数为0.8%~1.2%时,可制备出粒径200~600 nm、长径比约为4,粒径分布均匀的亚微米纺锤碳酸钙;晶形控制剂(NaPO3)6的主要作用是增加碳酸钙生长过程的空间位阻,促进CaCO3成核,抑制其生长。

Abstract:Two coal samples were extracted with supercritical carbon dioxide(SCCO2)/N methyl 2 pyrrolidinone(NMP) mixed solvent. A high extraction yield of 14%(daf) was obtained for Qujing coal while 4%(daf) for Nanlutian coal. The results of characterization of raw and residue coals indicated that the mixed solvent showed high selectivity for hydroxy rich and aliphatic components. The extraction reduced the average stacking height of coal crystallite as well as the swelling ratio of residue coals. After extraction, the BET surface area of Nanlutian lignite decreased while slight increased for Qujing coal. The surface of coal particles was corroded by the mixed solvent. The gasification reactivity was enhanced by extraction for both coals while the change of Qujing coal was more remarkable.
