摘    要:以聚癸二酸甘油酯(PGS)和聚乳酸(PLA)为原料在Haake转矩流变仪中密炼制备了不同配比的PGSPLA共混材料。研究了共混材料的转矩流变性能、热性能、力学性能及其共混形态。结果表明PGSPLA共混材料的转矩流变过程与PLA有很大差异,其熔融塑化过程大幅延长。DSC分析表明:随着PGS含量的增加,PGS-PLA共混材料的玻璃化温度、结晶温度和熔融温度降低,而结晶度提高;共混材料的冲击强度最大可以达到65.6 J/m,较纯PLA提高了447%;SEM观测表明PGS和PLA是分相的,且随PGS含量的提高

Preparation and Characterization of PGS-PLA Blend Composite
Abstract:Poly(glycerol sebacate) (PGS) and poly(lactic acid) (PLA) were blended at different compositions in a Haake internal mixer. The torque rheological properties, thermal properties, mechanical properties and morphologies of PGS PLA blends were studied. The torque rheological processes of the blends were different from neat PLA, which had a long low-torque process between the feading peak and the fusion peak of PLA. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results show the glass transition temperature, crystalline temperature and melt temperature of PLA dropped and the crystallinity increased as blending with PGS. Izod impact measurements indicate that the impact resistance of the blends reaches 65.6 J/m, 447% higher than the value of neat PLA. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) reveals that PGS and PLA are phase separated. With the increasing of the PGS content, the domain size of the PGS dispersed phase comes larger and the blend effect turns poorer.
