| 摘 要： | 通过介绍人文素养的具体内涵，强调人文素养是医学专业研究生教育不可或缺的一个重要组成部分，由此指出目前医学专业研究生中存在人文素养严重缺失的问题，并从深层次分析了造成这种现象的外部及内部原因，即受传统教育模式和极端功利主义影响。同时。从四个层面着手，提出了解决医学专业研究生人文素养缺失这一问题的主要策略。

| Abstract: | The article emphasizes that humanistic cultures are absolutely necessary in medical postgraduate education by introducing the connotation of humanistic cultures, points out that humanistic cultures are seriously lack in medical postgraduate presently and analyzes the inner reason of this phenomenon, namely the influence of traditional education mechanism and extreme utilitarianism. Furthermore, four countermeasures are brought forward to settle he problem. |
