| 摘 要： | 针对目前医学毕业生外科手术操作能力和技能较以往有不同程度下降的实际问题，分析产生这一问题的主要原因，从临床医学伦理学角度提出，实习生应重视人文素质的培养，加强扎实外科基本功的训练，注重与患者的交流沟通技巧及规范医疗文书的书写。 |

| Abstract: | The causes of the medical graduates＇ lack of ability and surgical skill to assist the operation nowdays are mainly analysed and on the aspects of clinical medical ethics some advice are put forward such as the interns＇ paying more attention to the humanistic diathesis, enhancing their basic skills from the practice, learning how to communicate with the patients, and how to write a correct medical document. |
