摘    要:搭建了DN600、CLASS300金属与金属接触型(MMC)螺栓法兰接头高温试验装置,获得了在500℃下各组件的温度分布。同时,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了法兰接头三维热力学模型,利用试验结果对模拟结果进行了验证,并分析了保温与不保温时的温度场及热损失。结果表明:当法兰接头保温时,各部件温度趋于一致并与法兰内壁温度接近,比不保温时有较大提高;保温后节能效果明显。
