反应型卤系阻燃剂和阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂的合成及性能

摘    要:以卤代双酚A及双酚S为原料,合成了五个含卤反应型阻燃剂:2,2-二3,5-二溴-4-(2-羟乙氧基)-苯基]丙烷,2,2-二(3,5-二氟-4-(2-羟乙氧基)-苯基)丙烷,二3,5-二溴-4-(2-羟乙氧基)苯基-]矾,2,2-二3,5-二溴-4-羧甲氧基-苯基]丙烷,2,2-二3,5-二氯-4-羧甲氧基-苯基]丙烷。用这些单体与顺丁烯二酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐、丙二醇等,合成了十种阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂,测定了这些树脂的热机械性能、氧指数及热性能。得出如下结论:含溴双酚A型化合物的阻燃效果优于含氯的,但硫的引入对阻燃性并没有改善;含A22(卤代双酚二羧甲基醚)的树脂阻燃性远好于含D22(卤代双酚二羟乙基醚)的树脂,因此推广应用A22是很有价值的。

Abstract:Five flame retardants: 2, 2-bis3, 5-dibromo-4-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-phenyl] propane, 2, 2-bis3, 5-dichloro-4-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-phenyl]propane, 2, 2-bis-(3, 5-dibromo-4-(carboxy-methoxy)-phenyl]propane, 2, 2-bis(3, 5-dichloro-4-(carboxy-methoxy)-phenyl]propane, bis3, 5-dibromo-4-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-phenyl]sulfon were prepared from halogenated bisphenol A or bisphenol S. Using these compounds, ten unsaturated polyester resins were synthesized. These resins were evaluated for thermal mechanical characteristics, oxygen index and thermal analysis, such as TGA and DTA. From these we conclude that the derivatives of bromobisphenol A are better than the derivatives of chlorobisphenol A as flame retardants. Fire resistance is not improved when a compound which contains not only bromine but also sulfur is used as flame retardant. 2, 2-bis3, 5-dihalo-4-(carboxy-methoxy)-phenyl]propane is much better than 2, 2-bis3, 5-dihalo-4-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-phenyl]propane as a reactive flame retardant in unsaturated polyester resins.
