同轴搅拌混合器性能的数值模拟

摘    要:介绍了由锚式桨和涡轮桨组成的同轴搅拌器,并利用计算流体动力学软件对其进行了数值模拟,工作介质为牛顿流体和非牛顿流体,考虑了3种不同的工作模式:涡轮桨单独旋转、内外桨同向旋转和内外桨反向旋转。通过分析搅拌器内的功率消耗、速度分布、压力分布和剪切速率分布,得出内外桨同向旋转为该同轴搅拌器的最佳操作模式。

Numerical Simulation for Performance of Coaxial Stirred Tank
Abstract:The coaxial mixer consisting of anchor and turbine blades was introduced. The coaxial stirred reactor was simulated numerically by use of a computational fluid dynamics software. This simulation was taken with the medium of Newtonian fluid and non Newtonian fluid under three different working modes. The three modes were only Rushton rotating, co-rotating and counter-rotating. Through the simulation, the power consumption, velocity profiles, pressure profiles and shear strain rate profiles were investigated in detail, and the results showed that the co-rotation of inner and outer impellers was the optimal operation mode in coaxial stirred tank.
