涂镀机组中胶辊力学状况的有限元仿真分析

摘    要:通过有限元方法对涂镀机组中胶辊的受力状况进行了分析,讨论了带钢接触包角、包胶层厚度及带钢张紧力对胶辊上应力的影响,并根据计算结果拟合出胶辊最大接触应力模型。研究结果表明:胶辊所受应力的最大值总是处于胶辊即将与带钢接触的位置;接触包角对胶辊最大应力值影响很小。最大应力值与接触包角成指数关系、随包胶层厚度线性增长并与张紧力成正比。

Abstract:Stress distribution of strip steel coating line roller was analyzed by finite element model(FEM). Effect of strip wrapping angle, rubber layer thickness and strip tension on stress distribution of roller were discussed respectively, and fitting model of maximum Von mises stress on roller was developed. The computational results indicate that the maximum stress always appears where the rubber roller is to contact the strip steel and the magnitude of wrapping angles has no effect on stress value. Maximum stress on roller is in exponential relationship with wrapping angle, increases with the thickness of rubber layer and is proportional to strip tension.
