摘    要:油套管接头的密封性能是评价螺纹联接性能的一项重要指标,对油气井生产安全与环境将产生重要影响。本文通过对油套管接头拧紧时的受力与摩擦分析,在前期研究成果的基础上,结合有关文献推导出台阶油套管接头上扣时所需的拧紧力矩的计算表达式。搭建了油套管接头密封性能试验装置,针对具有不同密封初始间隙和密封面表面粗糙度的螺纹接头,模拟试验研究了拧紧力矩、气体密封压力、密封初始间隙和密封表面粗糙度等因素对泄漏率的影响规律,获得了相应的变化曲线,并对这些曲线进行了分析。

Abstract:Sealing performance is an important parameter for the evaluation on connection performance of tubing and casing connections.It has important influences on production safety and environment in oil and gas well.Based on the author''s previous research,calculation expression of tightening torque on tubing and casing connection with shoulder face in make-up condition is established by analyzing load and friction and referring relevant literatures.Experimental rig is set up to test the sealing performance of tubing and casing connection.The influences of tightening torque,sealing gas pressure,initial seal clearance and the roughness of shoulder surface on the leakage rate are investigated.And some concrete variation curves are obtained and analyzed in detail.
