案例讨论分析法在本科《护理科研》教学中的应用与效果评价

目的探讨案例讨论分析法教学模式在《护理科研》教学中的应用效果，为进一步探索《护理科研》教学改革提供借鉴。方法根据随机的原则，将校本部03级及校五洲科技学院04级本科护理学生分为实验组和对照组，对部分内容分别采用案例讨论分析法和传统讲授法教学，课程结束后评价两组教学方法的教学效果。结果学习结束后，实验组学生在护理科研的认知方面、学习态度、学习兴趣及科研设计能力等方面均明显优于对照组学生，经统计学检验，差异有统计学意义。结论案例分析讨论法教学能激发学生对护理科研的兴趣和潜能，提高学生分析、解决问题的能力，有利于学生护理科研能力的提高。

Evaluation of teaching effect and application of case discussing-analysis method in the teaching course of nursing research

Objective To study the teaching effects of using case discussing-analysis method in the teaching course of Nursing Research among nursing students, and then make suggeslion for relative teaching improvement. Methods Nursing students of Grade 2003 in main school and Grade 2004 in the affiliated WUZHOU school were divided into the trial group and control group at random. Part of teaching contents of nursing research were taught to the trial group students by case discussing-analysis method, and to the control group students by the methods of lecture-based learning. The leaching effect was evaluated after the course end. Re- suits The ability of design to scientific research, recognition of Nursing research, learning altitude and learning interest, etc, in the trial group students were obviosly better than those in the control group students, and there was significant by statistical test. Conclusions Case discussing-analysis method can effectively excite the interest and the potential of students, and improve the ability of discovering and solving problems.
