含砜聚醚酰胺热塑性弹性体的合成与性能表征

摘    要:通过溶液缩聚分别合成端胺基的聚酰胺和端异氰酸根的聚醚,再将两者按不同配比制备含砜聚醚酰胺热塑性弹性体。藉FT-IR、DSC1、H-NMR等测试手段进行结构表征并分析两相间的相容程度,证明由于酰胺基团和脲基团的引入提高了聚合物的耐热性能,而聚醚基团则赋予聚合物良好的延展性,同时随着软段和硬段含量的提高,软硬段间相分离程度提高,相应地提高了聚合物的耐溶剂性能。

Abstract:Amide-terminated polyamide and isocyanate-terminated polyol synthesized by the solution polycondensation,mixed at different ratios to prepare thermoplastic sulfone-polyetheramide(PEA) elastomers.Structure characterization and phase miscibility was examined by FT-IR,DSC,()~1H-NMR spectroscopic measurements.The heat-resistance is highly improved because of the introduction of amide group and urea group and the polyester group endowed the polymer with good flexibility.Meanwhile,the dissolution of the hard polyamide segment into soft polyester domains decreased with increasing molecular weights of soft segments or increasing contents of hard segments.As a result,the solubility of PEA elastomers in solvent decreased.
