| 摘 要： | 高等医学院校的临床教学是医学教育的重要阶段，而临床教师是临床教学的具体承担者，临床教学质量的好坏与临床教师的工作密切相关。因此，要提高教学质量，需要根据临床教师的工作特点，通过多种途径加强临床教师的教育及继续教育。
