| 摘 要： | 医事法学专业性质、培养目标与人才性质的科学界定是构建医事法学专业课程体系的前提。医事法学专业课程体系的构建在医事法学专业人才培养中居于核心地位，其构建在遵循医事法学人才培养特有原则基础上，应紧紧围绕医事法律人才性质进行。医事法学专业课程体系的运行应基于多种保障。

| Abstract: | The scientific definition for the nature of medical law,the personnel training objectives and the nature of talent is the prerequisite in the construction of the course system for medical science of Law. The construction of the course system for medical science of law is playing a central role in the training of medical law professionals,and it should highlight the talent nature of medicine and law based on following unique principles of training of medical law professionals. Professional course system of medical law should operate on the basis of a variety of securities. |
