油套管螺纹联接粘扣失效过程的试验研究

摘    要:油套管螺纹联接中,粘扣失效问题一直是影响油套管安全性和工作寿命的关键。设计了一台能够模拟油套管螺纹联接的实验装置。以P110S油套管螺纹为研究对象,试验观察了螺纹表面形貌随着不同的加载和摩擦而发生改变的过程,分析了接触应力大小对发生粘扣失效的影响规律;采用实际应用中的拧紧齿面接触应力进行试验,观察了螺纹齿面逐渐发生粘扣失效过程的表面形貌,得出在接触应力为300 MPa时,P110S油套管螺纹大约拆卸4次即发生粘扣失效的结论,这与目前工业界中的最大装拆次数是吻合的。

Abstract:Galling failure problem is always the key factor that can affect the safety and working life in oil pipe threaded connection. This paper establishes an experimental equipment that can simulate the contact of threaded connection. Taking P 110S oil pipe threaded connection as an example, the variation process on thread surface with different load and friction is observed and the influence of contact stress on galling failure is analyzed. Applying the practical tightening contact stress on the thread surface, the surface topography with galling failure is observed. When the contact stress is 300 MPa, after making up and breaking out four times, galling failure will happen on P 110S oil pipe threaded connection. This number is identical to the practical usage number in industry.
