| 摘 要： | Journal Club教学方法在国外住院医师培训中有较为广泛的应用，其在神经外科临床教学中的作用日益得到重视。该方法不但能够促进住院医师对新概念、新方法、新技术的掌握，帮助他们形成良好的阅读习惯，而且可以提高他们解决临床实际问题的能力。Journal Club教学方法在我国神经外科临床教学中的应用可能对住院医师规范化培训和循证医学的推广有积极的影响。

| Abstract: | Journal Club education method is widely used in resident training in foreign countries. Its function in neurosurgery clinical training is gradually focused on. This method will promote the mastery of new concept, new method and new technique by the resident, help them to form good reading habit and improve their ability in solving actual clinical problems. The application of Journal Club education method in neurosurgery clinical training in our country may have positive influence on the standardized training of clinicians and the spreading of evidenced-based medicine. |
