外科学床边教学新模式改革初探

为培养符合新时代要求的高素质医学人才，汕头大学医学院自2003年开始实行新模式教学改革，外科学部分课程与临床见习课相结合，即外科学除总论内容以大课形式讲授外，其余各专科内容均在临床见习过程中以多种形式讲授．其中包括分小组讲课、床边教学等形式，实施后效果较好。新模式床边教学改革，有利于提高临床教学质量，值得进一步探讨。

Primary Research on the Reform of the New Mode Bedside Teaching For Surgery

In order to cultivate the qualified medical talents for the demand of the medical science in the new times, the reform for a new mode of teaching has been carried out in our university since 2003, in which most of the surgical courses are combined with the courses of clinical probation. Only the General Courses are lectured with the enlarged class form. Each of the other special field courses for the Surgery is lectured in various methods during clinical probation, including teaching by group, bedside teaching, problem-based learning and so on. A good effect of study has been achieved after the new mode of teaching was put into practice.
