摘    要:锥形油管螺纹接头在拧紧过程中如何保证其密封性能,是目前工程实践中的难点问题之一。以具有台阶密封面结构的锥形油套管接头为研究对象,通过对内外螺纹受力与变形分析和相互啮合时所满足的变形协调方程和位移方程,在弹性范围内建立了能够计算锥形油套管接头拧紧时台阶密封面上接触压力的计算模型。利用粗糙密封表面微观接触分析方法,以某一具体的API锥螺纹接头为例,计算模拟了螺纹拧紧圈数和初始间隙对台阶密封面上接触压力及密封性能的影响规律,获得了相应的变化曲线,并对这些曲线进行了分析。此研究有助于实际应用中合理确定油管接头拧紧圈数,为确保实现良好密封提供理论依据。

Abstract:Abstract: It is a difficult problem in engineering practice to ensure the sealing performance for a tubing conical threaded connection in tightening. The tubing and casing conical threaded connection with a sealing shoulder face is taken as research object. A calculation model for the contact pressure on the sealing face of tubing and casing threaded connections in tightening is developed in elastic range by analyzing the loads and deformations of the mating pin and box threads and deformation compatibility equation and displacement equation are established. An API conical threaded connection is taken as the sample and the influences of tightening cycle and initial sealing clearance on the contact pressure on the sealing face and the seal properties are calculated and modeled by the method of micro contact analysis on sealing rough surface. Some concrete variation curves are obtained and analyzed. The results of this paper contributes to determine the reasonable tightening cycles for a tubing threaded connection in practice application and provide a theoretical basis for better sealing performance.
