| 摘 要： | 探讨临床医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训衔接的必要性和可行性，提出从规范考生专业背景、提高复试有效性、修订研究生培养方案、实行开放灵活的教学管理、转变导师选聘和激励机制、优化临床执业医师报考条件等方面，推进二者有效衔接，为全面提高临床医学人才培养质量提供对策。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of combining postgraduate education program for clinical medicine major with standardized residency training. Detailed measures for strength- ening the link included specifying the applicants＇ academic background, improving the validity of the second-round admission test, revising the master degree training program, applying the flexible teaching management, transforming the supervisor recruitment and incentive mechanism, optimizing applicant re- quirements for the medical licensing examination, etc. All these measures were intended to improve the quality of talent cultivation in clinical medicine. |
