工艺条件对钛酸铝陶瓷性能的影响

摘    要:借助不同的工艺条件、热力学自由焓计算,X衍射、透射电镜、热膨胀系数和抗弯强度测试,研究了烧结温度、成型方法、烧结工艺和气氛对钛酸铝陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明等静压成型、热压烧结和元素硅的采用改善了钛酸铝陶瓷热膨胀系数和力学强度间的综合性能。通过比较纯钛酸铝陶瓷与含10%A3S2钛酸铝陶瓷热膨胀曲线的变化趋势,解释了它们在高温下及热震后力学性能变化趋势不同的原因。

Study on Aluminium Titanate Ceramics Prepared by Different Processes
Abstract:By means of various processes, thermodynamic calculation, XRD, SEM, thermal expansion coefficient and bending strength, the effects of sintering temperature, pressing methods, sintering process and atomsphere on the properties of AT ceramics were studied. The experimental results show that the comprehensive properties of the ceramics between thermal expansion coefficient and bending strength are improved by isostatic pressing, hot pressing and silicon. Moreover, the change of mechanical properties of AT and AT with 10%A 3S 2 ceramics at high temperature and after thermal shock is explained in comparision with their thermal expansion curves, respectively.
