TiO2溶胶掺杂改性高折光复合材料的制备及性能

摘    要:以2,5-二巯基噻二唑、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、对苯二甲醇和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为主要原料制备紫外光固化预聚物;以钛酸丁酯(TBT)为前驱体,以硅烷偶联剂(KH570)为改性剂,采用溶胶 凝胶法制得均一、稳定的TiO2溶胶;采用紫外光固化的方式将紫外光固化预聚物与TiO2溶胶进行杂化制得TiO2溶胶掺杂改性的高折光复合材料。通过红外光谱、纳米粒度分析、热重分析、阿贝折光仪、紫外 可见分光光度计、X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜等表征手段对制备的紫外光固化预聚物、TiO2溶胶和TiO2溶胶掺杂改性的高折光复合材料的相关性能进行分析。结果表明:通过紫外光固化的方式能使TiO2溶胶比较均匀地分散在紫外光固化预聚物中,得到TiO2溶胶掺杂改性的高折光复合材料;随着TiO2溶胶掺杂量的增加,复合材料的裂解温度、冲击强度均有一定的提高;当掺杂TiO2溶胶的质量分数为1.25%时,复合材料透明且折光率高达1.841。

Abstract:High refractive UV curing prepolymer was synthesised by using 2, 5-dimercapto thiamethoxam- diazole,3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate(IPDI),tetrabutyl titanate(HEMA) as the main raw material. Using 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(TBT) as precursor, KH570 as modifier, the uniform and stable TiO2 sol was prepared via sol gel method. Based on UV curing, high refractive UV curing prepolymer was hybridized with TiO2 sol and high refractive composite materials modified by doping TiO2 sol were prepared.The performance of high refractive UV curing prepolymer, TiO2 sol and high refractive composite materials modified by doping TiO2 sol were characterized by FT-IR, TG, Abbe Refractometer, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Nano Particle Size Analyzer, XRD and SEM. Results show that by means of UV curing, TiO2 sol can disperse comparatively in the UV curing prepolymer and high refractive composite materials modified by doping TiO2 sol can be prepared. With the increasing of doping TiO2 sol, the cracking temperature, hardness and impact strength of high refractive composite materials modified by doping TiO2 sol are improved. When the mass fraction of doping TiO2 sol is 1.25%, the refractive index of composite materials modified by doping TiO2 sol is as high as 1.841.
