| 摘 要： | 随着医学教育国际化的发展，国内不少普通高等医学院校陆续开展了全英语医学教育，培养来华的医科留学生。医学院校青年教师应进行留学生学习特点分析，并注重实用性公共英语知识和专业英语知识的不断积累，借鉴各种先进的授课经验，形成自己的授课风格，从而为开展留学生全英语教学做好充分准备。

| Abstract: | With the development of internationalization of medical education, English-exclusive medical education has gradually been carried out to cultivate international medical students in many general medical colleges and universities.Analyzing the learning character of international medical students,paying attention to accumulation of practical public English and special English,using for reference all kinds of advanced experiences and forming own teaching style are the way to make good preparation for English-exclusive teaching for young teachers in general medical colleges and universities. |
