摘    要:目的评价麻醉学专业课教学中应用“探究式”教学法的效果,探讨适合麻醉学科特点的教学模式。方法针对我校麻醉学系2004级麻醉本科学生,专业课程部分知识点讲授应用“探究式”教学法,2003级本科学生相关知识点传授采用传统教学法,对照分析两组学员考试成绩。结果2004级学生的考试平均成绩较2003级学生组高(P〈0.05)。学生对“探究式”教学法效果的评价好。教学观摩、标准化的口试(SOE)及书面互动测验,98%教师认为实验组较之对照组的教学效果有着更显著的差异。结论“探究式”教学方法利于提高课堂教学质量,是贯彻素质教育的一条很有潜力的途径,值得进一步探索和完善。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of inquiry-based instruction method usd in anesthesiology course and further explore the teaching mode which is suitable for the characteristics of anesthesia. Methods The students of 2004 and 2003 who major in anesthesia were selected as the subject of imparting partial knowledge by inquiry-based instruction method and the traditional way respectively. Examination scores of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The average examination scores of 2004 is higher than that of 2003 (P〈 0.05).Students were appreciated with this teaching method. 98% teachers thought that the experimental group has a more remarkable difference compared with control group's teaching effect. Conclusion Inquiry-based instruction method is proved to be a useful way of improving teaching quality and a potential way to realize the quality education. It is worth further exploring and improving.
