| 摘 要： | 我国1998年设置的临床医学专业学位研究生教育是医学人才培养改革的一项重要举措。为了增强临床医学研究生解决临床实际问题能力,我们就临床实践环境的改善、医学知识的更新、临床能力的评估及临床科研的开展等在临床医学学位研究生培养方面所起的作用提出了自己的见解。

| Abstract: | The postgraduate education of specialized degree in clinical medicine, which was set up in 1998 in China,is an important measure in the reform of qualified personnel training. Therefore, some views about the role of theimprovement of work circumstances, the renewal of medical knowledge, the evaluation of clinic ability, and the devel-opment of clinical research in postgraduate training, are advanced to enhance their ability in clinical practice. |
