摘    要:非直属附属医院的出现缓解了高等医学院校的现实困境,为学校提供了发展空间。同时,也为医院自身发展提供了教学和科研支持。但非直属附属医院在运行过程中,教学工作难点凸现。就此提出相应对策,为实现双方"共赢"进行了思考。

Abstract:The difficulties were alleviated since the emergence of affiliated hospital indirectly under medical colleges and universities,which provided the opportunities for development of these universities and also for their own development with teaching and research support.But the difficulties appeared in the teaching work of indirectly affiliated hospital.This article proposed some countermeasures for reflection on the win-win strategy of both side.
