| 摘 要： | 临床实习教学将面临着一系列的教学内容和方法上的创新和改革,以适应变化的环境。本文就实习教学中的人力资源———临床教师、教学手段资源———临床技能中心和教学载体资源———标准化病人等几项主要临床实习教学资源的特点及应用进行一些探讨,为临床实习教学改革和创新提供一些可资利用的资料。

| Abstract: | To adapt to the variety of environment,the teaching of clinical practice must face some innovations and reformations in the contents and methods.The article discusses the specialties and applications of the several main resources,such as clinical teachers(the resource of manpower)?the training center of clinical skills(the resource of methods) ?the SP(the resource of carriers),then,provides some useful information for the teaching innovations in clinical practice. |
